Welcome to Motion Graphic: AI Video Maker ("MotionGraphic", "the App"), a mobile application and digital service owned and operated by Kunu AI Lab ("we", "our", or "us"), accessible via our mobile application and official website at https://motiongraphic.app/.

We take your privacy seriously and operate under principles of data minimization and strict ephemeral processing. This Privacy Policy concisely describes what information we collect, how our backend AI processes text prompts and audio inputs into editable animations and MP4 files, how our 30-day lifecycle works, and how you can exercise full deletion control directly within the application.

We collect only the essential information needed to generate, host, and render your animations:

• Mandatory Google Account Authentication: Access to the app's generative tools and cloud features requires signing in via your Google Account. We receive standard profile credentials from Google OAuth, including your Google UID, Email Address, Display Name, and Profile Photo URL. This information identifies your account, maintains your project library, and tracks daily quotas.
• User Text Prompts: Concepts, scripts, topics, and layout directions you enter to instruct the AI in structuring cinematic scenes, kinetic typography, and motion graphics.
• Optional Audio Files: Audio recordings or voice tracks you voluntarily upload to generate time-aligned animations and synchronized motion graphics.
• App Telemetry & Interaction Data: Non-personally identifiable metrics, such as app launch frequency, feature interaction, device OS version, and crash diagnostic logs, gathered to ensure app stability.

When you submit a text prompt, our backend AI engines interpret your request, construct cinematic scene scripts, and compile animated vector graphics (HTML, CSS, and GSAP code).

Interactive In-App Editing & MP4 Export: You can inspect, preview, and edit the generated animation in real time directly inside the app, and render/export the animation as a high-definition MP4 video file saved to your device.

The 30-Day Auto-Deletion Policy: Generated animations are temporarily hosted on our backend cloud storage for a maximum period of 30 days so you can review, edit, or re-export your projects. After 30 days, an automated background cleanup process permanently and irreversibly deletes the animation files from our servers.

Manual Deletion at Any Time: You are not required to wait 30 days. You can manually delete any project or animation from your library at any time before the 30-day period expires.

You have the option to upload an audio recording to create voice-synchronized motion graphics and dynamic kinetic captions.

We do not store, archive, review, or share your audio recordings or voice transcripts. Only the resulting visual motion graphic animation is preserved on our servers during the 30-day hosting window.

We provide direct, self-service mechanisms for you to manage and erase your data at any time:

• Manual Project Erasure: You can delete any saved project or rendered animation from within the app interface immediately.
• In-App Account & Data Deletion: In compliance with Google Play Developer Policy and global privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA), you can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app by going to the Profile section and selecting Delete Account.
• Immediate Effect: When you delete your account, your Google OAuth session is invalidated, your profile record is permanently removed from our active database, and all hosted animation files linked to your account are permanently erased from cloud storage.
• Direct Support Inquiries: You may also request data deletion or an export of your information by contacting our support team at support@motiongraphic.app.

To balance cloud computing and GPU infrastructure fairly across all users:

• Free Generation Tier: Every authenticated Google account is allocated 2 free generations per day. The 2-generation counter resets automatically every 24 hours.
• Premium Subscriptions: Users who require additional generations, faster render priority, and unlocked premium features can choose to subscribe to an available paid plan.
• Secure Google Play In-App Billing: All financial transactions and subscription charges are managed exclusively by Google Play Billing. MotionGraphic does not collect, process, or store credit card, debit card, or financial account details on our servers.

We use trusted third-party service providers solely to maintain and monitor app performance:

• Authentication & Cloud Database (Google Firebase / Supabase): Used to verify your Google login token, secure user profiles, and record project metadata.
• App Analytics & Diagnostics (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics): Used to measure aggregated user interaction (such as feature usage frequency and screen navigation) and capture diagnostic crash logs. This data is aggregated and anonymized; it does not contain user prompts, voice files, or private projects.
• No Data Selling or Advertising Networks: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, prompts, or generated animations to third-party data brokers or targeted advertising networks.

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to keep your data secure:

• Encrypted Communications: All traffic between the mobile application, backend synthesis services, and cloud storage is encrypted using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS.
• Ephemeral Worker Sandboxes: AI generation and video rendering workloads run in isolated execution containers with automated memory wiping upon job completion.
• Automated Cleanup Crons: Automated background cleanup tasks enforce our zero-retention policy for audio/transcripts and our strict 30-day purge for hosted animations.
