Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Kunu AI Lab ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of Motion Graphic: AI Video Maker ("MotionGraphic", "the App"), including our mobile application and our website at https://motiongraphic.app/.

By creating an account, authenticating via Google, or utilizing our AI generation engine, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

To use MotionGraphic's generative pipelines and save your work, you must sign in using a valid Google Account.

• Mandatory Authentication: Unauthenticated generation is not supported to protect backend GPU infrastructure against abuse.
• Security of Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google Account and all activities conducted through your authenticated session.
• Single Account Policy: Creating automated scripts or multiple accounts to bypass the 2-per-day free generation limit is strictly prohibited.

MotionGraphic enables users to submit natural language text prompts and optional audio tracks to generate kinetic motion graphics (HTML, CSS, and GSAP animations).

• Interactive In-App Editing: Once generated, you can inspect, preview, and adjust your animation within the application editor.
• MP4 Video Rendering: You may render and export the finalized motion graphic animation as a standard MP4 video file to your local device.
• AI Output Disclaimers: While our generative models aim for top-tier visual excellence, generative outputs may occasionally reflect unexpected layouts or text formatting. You are advised to review your animation prior to commercial distribution.

Our storage architecture follows strict retention policies:

• Immediate Audio Purge: Uploaded audio files and speech-to-text transcripts are processed solely in memory and are permanently deleted immediately after animation generation completes.
• 30-Day Animation Hosting: Generated animations are hosted on our backend cloud storage for 30 days to allow editing and re-exporting. After 30 days, files are automatically and irreversibly deleted.
• User Manual Deletion: You may delete any saved animation or draft from your library at any point before the 30-day auto-purge.

Usage of the generation service is governed by daily limits and subscription tiers:

• Daily Free Quota: Authenticated users receive 2 free generations per day. Daily limits reset automatically every 24 hours.
• Premium Subscriptions: Users may subscribe to available premium plans to unlock higher generation limits, prioritized GPU rendering queues, and premium assets.
• Billing via Google Play: Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled exclusively through Google Play Billing. Billing terms, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Google Play's standard terms.

You agree not to use MotionGraphic to generate or distribute:

• Content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence or self-harm.
• Sexually explicit, non-consensual sexual content, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Deceptive content designed to defraud or impersonate real persons without authorization.
• Content that infringes any third-party patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret.

Your Output Ownership: As between you and Kunu AI Lab, you own all rights, title, and interest in the exported MP4 videos and creative layouts you produce using the service, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You may use exported videos for personal, educational, or commercial projects.

Our Platform IP: The MotionGraphic app, website, logos, algorithms, and interface design remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kunu AI Lab and its licensors.

"As-Is" Service: MotionGraphic is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kunu AI Lab, its developers, and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or loss of content.

In-App Self-Service Deletion: You can terminate your account and erase all associated personal data and hosted animations at any time directly through the app's Profile section by choosing Delete Account.

Suspension by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or attempt to disrupt service operations.
